Holistic Body Work + Massage Therapy
Holistic Body Work + Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle. My philosophy is centered around the idea that the mind, body, and spirit are interconnected, and that holistic therapies such as massage can help to heal and balance all three.

Mountain people are movement people. From peak ascents to enjoying fresh powder laps, our bodies tend to work overtime. A highly active lifestyle needs and deserves the space to rest and recover. Let this be your place for renewal.
Each session is customized. A range of massage therapy treatments are available, including swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue, sports massage/stretching, compression, myofascial, cupping, aromatherapy, hot stone, prenatal, lymphatic drainage techniques, oncology, tui na, shiatsu, four-hands massage, reiki, craniosacral, and more.

Swedish massage is perfect for those who need to unwind and relax. The therapist uses long, smooth strokes, kneading, and circular movements on the topmost layer of muscles to promote relaxation.
Compression massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscles and connective tissue. Therapists use a lowered table and knees/body weight to achieve safe and effective deep pressure on the affected areas to alleviate pain and stiffness.
Sports massage is perfect for athletes who need to improve their performance or recover from an injury. Therapists use a combination of therapeutic massage and stretching to help you reach your goals.
Prenatal massage is designed to relieve the physical discomforts of pregnancy, such as back pain, leg cramps, and swollen ankles. Therapists use gentle techniques that are safe for both mom and baby.
Hot stone massage is perfect for those who enjoy the healing power of heat. Therapists use smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands to promote relaxation.
Aromatherapy massage is perfect for those who need to refresh and reset. Therapists use high quality essential oils derived from plants to enhance the massage experience and promote relaxation.
Cupping is an effective method for relieving tension and stimulating healthy detoxing. A great option for the athlete, or a generally tight/stiff body. Therapists take special care and precautions, and use silicon or plastic cups to lift the fascia and relieve tension in the muscles. Marking, not bruising, is a normal and healthy result of detoxification.
4 Hand Massage is an amazing relaxation treatment. Two therapists work at the same time on different parts of the body for a thorough and rejuvenating treatment experience.
Couples Massage is perfect for any couple who wants to treat themselves for an anniversary, special occasion, or simply wish to relax together yet still have a custom treatment. Therapists work individually while promoting a comfortable, tranquil session for the pair.
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a very gentle technique. Therapists use a light touch to release tension around the body’s connective tissue network called the fascia. CST promotes pain relief from headaches, neck pain, previous trauma, and even the side effects of cancer treatment. It is very calming and healing. Clients remain clothed for this treatment.
Lymphatic drainage massage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage, relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks the lymphatic system. This type of massage involves very light touch, and gently manipulating specific areas of the body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Clients remain clothed for this treatment.
